Our villas are being built in one of the most popular places of the Nin Riviera called Zaton, that is Croatia’s chic tourist location. Its long, sandy beaches with crystal clear water, local attractions and mild Mediterranean climate make it the perfect choice at any time of the year.

Besides its perfect location, there are numerous shopping facilities, fine-dining restaurants and many free time activities like golf, water and aqua parks, gyms, etc. Several ports are available for yachts, boats and ships in Zaton and Zadar area.

What does a smart home offer?

The house is equipped with smart home automation solution enabling owners of a house the automation of:

lightning (colour changing lightning, dimming, daylight responsive lighting)

automatic blinds (automatic opening in the morning, closing in the evening)

heating and cooling (monitoring and setting room temperature for every room)

burglar alarm (window and door contact on all doors/windows)

monitoring (presence and motion sensors in every room)

music (every room has speakers controlled via Loxone)

The SMart Home

Smart Home can be controlled via switch, smartphone, tablet (remote access) or PC. The building is equipped with a heat pump for heating and cooling with high energy efficiency and contributes to great living comfort. The smart home’s indoor heating and cooling units are located above a suspended ceiling thus enhancing the visual identity of the interior of the building. Domestic hot water is also heated by the pump. This system contributes to the high energy efficiency of the building, this protecting the environment. The outdoor pool is heated by a pump that is independent from the pump for heating and cooling the building.
